Fields

Name	Type	Description
source	OpeningHoursSource	Where the hours come from. Null until the shop sets them.
periods	[OpeningHoursPeriod!]!	The weekly openings.
specialDays	[OpeningHoursSpecialDay!]!	Exceptions to the weekly openings in the week after fetchedAt, such as public holidays.
timeZone	String	The shop's IANA time zone, e.g. Europe/Berlin. The periods' times are local to it.
fetchedAt	Date	When an imported copy was fetched. A Google copy older than 30 days must not be displayed.
